Libor Speed Training Clinics:

Weekend #1 4/13, 4/14 9am-4pm
Weekend #2 5/18, 5/19 9am-4pm

Details:

Day 1. April 13
9am – 12pm Climbing assessment, Beta analysis
2pm – 5pm Beta and technique changes, body positioning

Day 2. April 14
9am – 11am Flow on the wall – incorporating the changes from day 1
11am – 12pm Training and competition mindset
2pm – 3pm Mock comp with knockout rounds
3pm – 4pm Speed workout session – Plyometrics (let me know what weight and dumbbells are available)

Schedule for May will be fairly similar with more focus on speed development and peaking for Youth Nationals in June

Training Clinics Cost:

1 day: $295
2 day weekend: $500

Booking limit: 12 participants.

About Libor Hroza:

Born in the Czech Republic, Libor has competed at the World Level in Lead and in Speed for the past 10 years. He is a former World Record holder in Speed with multiple World Cup podiums to his credit, including two time European champion in speed climbing and a 2nd place at the World Championships in 2012. Libor is a certified Strength and Fitness instructor and a Climbing instructor.

Libor has coached athletes at various levels in all 3 disciplines for more than 8 years. In the last 4 years, he has become one of the most sought-after speed coaches in the world. He currently works with renowned World Cup athletes, including Adam Ondra (CZE), Sean McColl (CAN) and Alannah Yip (CAN).

His knowledge of training systems, performance planning and competition preparation will be an asset to the CEC HP Program. Libor resides in Saanich, BC and is proud to call Canada home since 2013.
