Academic Scholarship
Are you a high school senior, college undergraduate or graduate student who is a rock climber? Or do you know someone who is?
GOAT Climbing Gym is looking to support scholars pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees and this year we are excited to award one $500 scholarship to a dedicated student climber.
Who is eligible to apply?
- You must be a full time student
- You must be a high school senior who have committed to a school for the fall of 2024 or an undergraduate or graduate students who will be full time student fall of 2024
- You must be a US citizen
Additional information:
By submitting an essay, you are giving GOAT climbing gym permission to share your essay on any of our social media platforms.
The scholarship recipient will be notified via email and have 2 weeks to claim their scholarship.
The $500 scholarship will be remitted within one month to the recipient’s college or university, based on the school scholarship requirements.
Important Dates:
- Submit Essay by June 15, 2024
- Fall 2024 scholarship recipient will be announced on July 31, 2024
To Enter the Fall 2024 Scholarship, submit an essay of no more than 500 words Describing “What climbing means to me”
